🐶 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.
🎨 Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items
Because our products are handmade just for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for:

🚚 Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your parcel is delayed or missing, we’ll support you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
