Thanks for choosing Spoilt Paws. Everything we make is crafted with love, care, and a whole lot of tail‑wagging joy. These Terms & Conditions help keep things clear and fair for everyone, so you always know what to expect when shopping with us.

 

🎨 Custom-Made Products

Most Spoilt Paws items are handmade to order. That means:

  • Each piece is created just for you

  • Patterns may vary slightly due to print placement

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen

  • Custom orders begin production as soon as they’re placed

Because of this, custom-made items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

 

📏 Sizing & Fit

We provide clear sizing guides and fit notes for every product. Please double‑check your pet’s measurements before ordering. If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help.

 

🚚 Shipping

We ship from the Sunshine Coast, QLD using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location

  • Tracking is provided for all orders

  • Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are outside our control

If your parcel is delayed, we’ll do everything we can to support you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Spoilt Paws items. If something isn’t right:

Faulty or incorrect items

We’ll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or incorrect. Just contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number.

Change of mind

Because our products are custom-made, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour preference.

 

🐶 Pet Safety

Your pet’s safety matters to us.

  • Always supervise your pet while wearing accessories

  • Check regularly for wear and tear

  • Spoilt Paws is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or unsupervised wear

 

💳 Payments

We accept secure payments through Stripe, PayPal and other trusted providers. Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

 

📸 Custom Designs & Uploads

If you upload artwork, photos, or text:

  • You confirm you have the rights to use that content

  • You give Spoilt Paws permission to print it on your chosen product

  • We won’t use your custom designs for anything else without your permission
